Full Website Build for a Midwest Calibration & Validation Lab

The Challenge

SiteCal has been a trusted calibration and validation partner in the Upper Midwest since 2001. But their digital presence didn't reflect the level of expertise and credibility their clients already knew them for.

The brief was clear: build a site that communicates precision, trust, and technical authority — one that a quality manager at a pharmaceutical manufacturer would land on and immediately feel confident.

The Approach

The project began with brand implementation — translating the SiteCal brand guide into a cohesive design system in Framer. This included establishing a full set of color styles and type styles across Manrope and Lekton, creating a warm but authoritative visual language rooted in the brand's calibration heritage.

From there, the build expanded across nine interior pages:

• Homepage — Hero, services overview, validation section, industry cards, testimonials, resources, and a How to Get Started section

• Physical Calibration — Capabilities grid, IQ/OQ/PQ offerings, customer win story, and process steps

• Lab Equipment Calibration — 33-item capabilities grid, on-site and in-lab offering section, and step-by-step process

• Electronic Calibration — 14-item capabilities grid with service process steps

• Dimensional Calibration — 23-item capabilities grid with process steps

• Validation Services — Full IQ/OQ/PQ protocol content with qualification capabilities

• About — Mission, core values, team profiles, and careers section

• Contact — Multi-field inquiry form with direct connect items

• Resources — CMS-powered blog with dynamic slug pages

Navigation was built with a mega menu featuring five service items with Phosphor icons, titles, and sublines. Calibration certificate delivery and equipment tracking software CTAs were woven throughout the site to reinforce SiteCal's core service offering.

The Outcome

A complete, content-rich website built to serve quality professionals — the people who actually need to find SiteCal, understand what they do, and reach out with confidence. Every page reflects the precision their clients expect from a calibration partner.
