A custom home builder site built to let the craftsmanship carry the page.
Background
A designer brought me onto the Patriot Homes project to take on part of the design work and the build. Patriot Homes builds custom homes in Saanich, Oak Bay and Victoria, and their problem is the one most custom builders have: the quality is undeniable in person and easy to miss online. The job was to make the homes the reason someone stays on the page.
Result
The site leads with the homes. Each one is a full entry with its own photography, and the team adds new builds themselves as they finish, so the portfolio keeps growing without waiting on a developer. Nothing on the page asks a buyer to take the quality on faith. The work shows it.
