These terms cover your use of andrubailey.com and the free website reviews, Craft Audits and other services offered through it. Like the privacy policy, they are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@andrubailey.com and I will explain it properly.
The site is run by Andru Bailey LLC, a website strategy, design and development studio for custom home builders, based in Hoschton, Georgia, USA. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using this site
This site is here to explain what I do, show work I have done, and give you a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices, timelines and examples describe how I usually work, and the details of any project are agreed in writing first.
When you use the site, please do not:
Break, overload or try to get around the security of the site or its forms
Copy, scrape or republish the site’s content in bulk
Submit false information, someone else’s details, or anything unlawful through a form
Use the site to send spam or anything harmful
Who owns what on this site
The writing, design, graphics and code on andrubailey.com belong to Andru Bailey LLC, unless they are credited to someone else. You are welcome to read, share links to, and quote small parts of it with credit. Please do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Client work in the portfolio is shown with permission. The homes, photography, logos and brand names in case studies belong to the builders and photographers they came from. Showing them here does not give anyone else the right to use them.
Free website reviews and enquiries
Sending an enquiry or asking for a free website review does not make you a client and does not commit either of us to anything. I read every submission, but I may decline a review or a project if it is not a good fit.
A free review is my honest professional opinion of your site, based on what I can see from the outside. It is offered in good faith, without guarantees, and you are free to use it however you like, including with another designer.
Craft Audits and paid projects
Paid work, including Craft Audits, website builds and ongoing support plans, is always agreed in writing before it starts, in a proposal or agreement we both accept. That document sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and ownership of the work. If it ever conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal or agreement wins.
Craft Audits: a paid working session followed by a written blueprint for your site. What is included, and whether the fee is credited toward a build, is stated when you book or in your proposal.
Website builds: scope, revision rounds, milestones and payments are set out in your proposal.
Ongoing support plans: billed monthly as described in your agreement. How to change or cancel a plan is explained there too.
Any prices mentioned on this site are a guide and may change. The price in your accepted proposal is the price you pay.
No guaranteed results
I build sites to help builders win better work, and I will always tell you honestly what I think will help. But I cannot promise a particular number of enquiries, search rankings, sales or revenue. Those depend on things outside my control, like your market, your pricing and how quickly you respond to leads.
Other websites and tools
This site links to and relies on services run by other companies, including Framer, which hosts the site, the booking tool used to schedule calls, Google and Meta. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for their content or how they work.
Liability
I work hard to keep this site accurate and working, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Andru Bailey LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, such as lost profits or lost data.
If something does go wrong, my total liability to you for anything to do with this site is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific service the claim relates to. Liability for paid projects is covered by your proposal or agreement. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your privacy
How I collect and use your information is explained in the Privacy Policy. It forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If a dispute ever comes up, I would much rather talk it through first. If we cannot resolve it, it will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the “Last updated” date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant, I will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
