NXTERA needs a press release/blog section added to their existing website. This will allow the team to publish press releases for SEO purposes and provide a centralized location for media inquiries.

Press release CMS setup (add, edit, and publish press releases independently)
Design integration (matches existing NXTERA site style and branding)
Training video walkthrough (5-10 min showing exactly how to use the CMS)
What's NOT Included
Writing press release content (NXTERA team provides)
Ongoing content management (NXTERA team manages after training)
Major design changes to existing site structure
Additional CMS features beyond press releases

Total Duration: 2-3 business days from kickoff
Milestones:
Day 1: Kickoff (receive first press release content from NXTERA)
Day 2-3: Build CMS section and integrate with existing site
Day 3: Deliver live section + send training video
