Patriot Homes Website Experience Build in Framer
This project isn’t just about getting a site live — it’s about creating a premium, awards-level experience that shows Patriot Homes as a high-caliber, design-forward builder and gives your agency a flagship web case study you can confidently showcase and submit to Awwwards.
project summary
Based on our call, this project will take your in-progress Figma designs for Patriot Homes and turn them into a fully developed, interaction-rich Framer site that feels intentional, elevated, and portfolio-worthy.
You’ll lead the desktop design direction in Figma. I’ll handle the Framer build, advanced animations, responsive behavior, and CMS structure — plus add interaction and UX polish so the site feels at home on awards.com and sets a strong foundation for future web projects under your agency.
The final site will live in your Framer agency account, with Patriot as the client-facing build and your agency as the primary owner.
Problems We’re Solving
Need an awards-level website that reflects Patriot’s premium quality and taste
Tight deadline with limited time for you to learn Framer deeply
Complex interactions and animations that are hard to execute efficiently in Webflow or DIY
Previous dev attempts wasted time and budget and did not follow the brand
Existing site does not fully reflect updated strategy and rebrand
Need a stable Framer partner to handle web builds while you focus on brand, strategy, and client relationships
Need a clean, easy-to-edit CMS setup for ongoing project updates
My Solution

Build everything inside your Framer agency account for long-term control and ownership
Make the site simple for you and your client to update
Prioritize performance, visual polish, and a smooth UX on both desktop and mobile

Investment
For this project, my standard pricing for this scope, timeline, and interaction complexity would be approximately $6,000 USD.
For this first project together, given the context (non-paying client, previous Upwork losses, and our shared goal of building a long-term partnership), I’m honoring the introductory partner rate we discussed:
$1,000
This covers everything outlined above for this specific build and deadline.
Payment
50% deposit to start
50% at final delivery
Invoices will be issued in USD, and we will execute a simple contract via DocuSign outlining scope, cost, and ownership. Your agency retains project ownership, and I retain rights to showcase with proper credit if you are comfortable.
