New Day Covenant Ministries Website Redesign (Updated)

Prepared by: Andru Bailey
Prepared for: New Day Covenant Ministries Leadership Team

project summary

This project is not about launching a new website.

It is about making New Day Covenant easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to share, especially on mobile.

Based on our conversation, the current site is difficult to use on phones and is no longer in a place where it can be properly accessed or maintained. This engagement rebuilds the website on a modern platform so your team can confidently share events, sermons, and church information without technical friction or dependency on a previous host.

Problems We're Solving

From our discussion, the core challenges are:

  • The mobile experience is hard to use, which limits shareability

  • The current website is dated and difficult to maintain

  • The church needs a clean structure for key information, updates, and contact

  • Domain ownership and renewals are currently dependent on another person

  • Questions around hosting, security, backups, and long term access need clarity

  • You want confidence that the site can be transferred or managed internally later

Left unchanged, these issues create unnecessary friction for new visitors and make it harder for your team to confidently point people to the website.

The Outcome This Project Supports

The goal of this engagement is to:

  • Deliver a modern, mobile-first website the church feels proud to share

  • Make it easy for new visitors to find what they need quickly

  • Create a clear foundation for sermons, events, and updates to live online

  • Ensure the church owns the domain and website access going forward

  • Reduce technical questions and remove ongoing dependency on the previous setup

My Approach

To support those outcomes, I will:

  • Rebuild the site in Framer for speed, security, and ease of updates

  • Design the website around mobile clarity first, then expand for desktop and tablet

  • Keep structure simple so key actions are always easy to find

  • Set up ownership correctly so the church controls the domain and hosting access

  • Implement a clean system for sermons and events depending on the option selected

  • Provide training so your team can make updates confidently after launch

Every decision is made in service of clarity, trust, and shareability.

Deliverables

A shareable, mobile-first website experience built in Framer, including:

  • A redesigned homepage focused on clarity and first impressions

  • Updated pages for core church information and contact

  • Mobile, tablet, and desktop layouts built intentionally for readability

  • Domain connection support and domain transfer guidance so the church owns access

  • Hosting setup with security and backups handled through the platform

  • Post launch walkthrough training for your team

  • 14-day post launch support for fixes and small adjustments
