AdaptMX Website Redesign

project summary

This project is not just about launching a new website.

It is about strengthening how your company is perceived online and giving your sales team a clear, credible asset they can confidently reference in conversations with prospects who are still evaluating you.

Based on our discussion, the current site appears to function more like a placeholder than a strategic tool. This engagement is designed to reposition your digital presence, so it better supports your reputation, your relationships, and the way your team communicates value at conferences and in active sales cycles.

Problems We're Solving

From our conversation, the core challenges are:

  • Prospects in the “maybe” category lack a clear, compelling reference point after first contact

  • The website does not consistently reinforce credibility when shared by your sales team

  • Key sections that matter most to internal stakeholders are not positioned for easy presentation

  • The current site does not reflect your standing in the market today

Left unchanged, these issues quietly weaken your competitive position and make it harder for your team to build momentum with high quality prospects.

The Outcome This Project Supports

The goal of this engagement is to:

  • Increase clarity for first time visitors who are still evaluating you

  • Strengthen perceived credibility when the site is shared in sales conversations

  • Make it easier for your team to reference key sections during meetings and follow ups

  • Create a website that functions as a long-term credibility asset, not just a brochure

My Approach

To support those outcomes, I will:

  • Reorganize the site so the most frequently referenced sections are easy to find and present

  • Refine homepage messaging so it immediately signals professionalism and trust

  • Design with a sales enablement mindset, making the site useful in real conversations, not just on its own

  • Build a clean, modern experience in Framer that feels current and confident

  • Ensure layouts work seamlessly on mobile, since many prospects will review on their phones

Every decision will prioritize credibility, clarity, and usability for your team and your audience.

Deliverables

A credibility-focused website experience built in Framer
